Every day is a new opportunity to make healthy choices.
Getting started to make changes is hard, very hard. If you are limited by pelvic pain, urinary incontinence/leaking, fecal incontinence, prolapse, postpartum or pregnancy from being able to lead an active healthy life, then now is the time to make those changes.
Being a busy working woman, it can be so hard to juggle everything, but we can't forget to make ourselves and our health a priority. My ultimate goal with each person I treat is to improve their pelvic floor symptoms, but at the end of the day, I am truly hoping to promote a life and lifetime of overall improved health. Pelvic floor therapy not only addresses the typical symptoms, it sets your body up for improved strength, balance, and emotional/mental well being.
