Even in darkness, I can find my light.
The time has changed, days are shorter and a little cooler. With this can come a lot of feelings and emotions that also impact how our pelvic floor may function.
As the days are shorter we can aim at getting more sleep, slowing down and taking some time to reset/meditate/yoga or whatever helps to calm our nervous system, enjoy the sunshine without extreme heat, and find time in the sunshine and for exercise.
