In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to take time to make the connection between mental health and pelvic health.
It is not uncommon for individuals to limit themselves physically because of their fear of urine or bowel incontinence, prolapse, pain, infertility, and/or bouncing back postpartum. This fear and limitation often lead to anxiety and depression. We know exercise and movement help with mental health, and our pelvic floor allows better function and control, and promotes exercise and wellness.
At Optimize Pelvic Health & Wellness, our mission is to equip women and men with the tools and knowledge to achieve optimal pelvic wellness, leading to an enhanced quality of life. If you suffer from fear of incontinence, infertility, pelvic prolapse, pelvic pain, or are struggling postpartum, we are here to help you!
