WATER!! Plain ole water, the most important thing you can do for Optimal Pelvic Health and overall wellness.


Drinking 1/2 your body weight in water (ounces) improves:

  1. bowel function by reducing constipation

  2. bladder function by creating less irritation

  3. flushes bacteria from bladder

  4. improves joint function

  5. protects organs and tissues

  6. regulates body temperature, especially during hot summer days

  7. improves energy levels


You don't need to drink a gallon of water per day, just take your body weight, divide by 2 and that is how many ounces of water you need in 1 day. Add natural flavors like cucumber, rosemary, mint, strawberries, etc to allow for more flavor without adding powders.
