Constipation is often times a topic I spend a lot of time trying to help fix and the reality is that it is a pretty easy fix. The hard part is making the lifestyle changes required to reverse constipation. So, let's get you started reversing constipation and improving your pelvic floor health. When looking at this as a dysfunction the goals are to have at least 3 bowel movements per week, no straining and soft formed stools. If you struggle with any of these, keep reading. add more water...1/2 your body weight in ouces of plain water.
add more fiber, aim for 20 grams daily
get moving. Movement is medicine
