ree

Snow day and school closures. Enjoy a peaceful and easy going day, your pelvic floor will thank you!

Cold weather can present unique challenges for pelvic floor health. Here are some helpful tips to manage your symptoms during the colder months:

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plain water regularly to maintain hydration.

  • Limit Caffeinated Drinks: Reduce intake of hot caffeinated beverages such as coffee and tea, as they can exacerbate symptoms.

  • Stay Active: Although rest is important, make sure to get up and move. Engage in exercises and stretches to alleviate stiffness and pain.

By following these tips, you can help support your pelvic floor health even in cold weather.
